About Us

Slovak Society of Orthopedics and Traumatology (SOTS) is a professional company associated Slovakia Medical Society and is governed by its own statutes.

SOTS grew from the traditions of the Czechoslovak ortopedickej society, which was founded in 1925 in Bratislava.
Currently, our company has 313 paying members, and two sections (section orthopaedy child and the section on foot and ankle).

At the head of the company stands 11 strong committee, elected by secret ballot for a period of 3 years.
The highest honors are honorary membership SOTS.
The company holds regular and extraordinary scientific events with international participation.
