Three and a half decades in favor of the hand ...

On 23 September 1967 with the formation of an Organizing Committee of the Portuguese Society for Surgery of the Hand, gave up the first step to forming a scientific body to facilitate the dissemination among its members the knowledge on the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and traumatic injuries of the hand.
