For a member to be able to join should be:

physician to be the statutes adopted by the General Assembly to life his candidacy in writing and signed by 2 peters, to the bureau to focus

Each member is an annual membership fee to pay for the cost of just governance cover (75 euros).

The Board of Directors of the BFAS also Bureau, is composed of at least 9 people, including at least 5 years as a specialist approved by a general meeting for a period of 2 years.
