The BBC is an nonprofit scientific organization devoted to promoting understanding of osteoporosis and bone diseases.

It has hundreds of members: mostly, physicians and researchers.

They come from different fields (among others: endocrinology, rheumatology, internal medicine, physical medicine, gynaecology, geriatry, rehabilitation, orthopedic surgery, etc...).

They share an interest in bone diseases.
